Reporting to the F&B Manager at Red Shores Charlottetown, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting fellow employees as required. Qualifications• Requires high school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education. • Experience in a related field of one or more years in a fast-paced work environment is considered an asset. • Must be able to work shift work as our business is ever changing. • Ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities• Cleans and stores dishes, glassware, and silverware used by food and beverage and ensures that work area is clean and organized at all times. • Cleans dishes according to standards. • Cleans and organizes equipment and work area. • Controls usage of store supplies. • Notifies supervisor of damage to or problems with equipment. • Controls the use of dishwashing equipment, feeds detergents, and checks temperature controls. • Ensures safe and effective use of equipment. • Adheres to and complies with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
