We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group operating across the security and facilities sector. With turnover currently in the multiple 10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the Finance Director on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level. Key responsibilities include:Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance functionPreparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entitiesLeading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reportingWorking closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance teamInvolvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business unitsThe business offers:Salary of 50,000 - 55,000A dynamic and acquisitive group with significant headroom for progressionIPS Finance has 45 years experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
