We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Branch Supervisor based in Dungannon, youll be responsible for:Supporting the Branch Manager in running the branchs day-to-day activities, including all operating processes and procedures.Take charge when the Branch Manager is unavailable.Supervise and motivate the team to achieve branch goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.Take responsibility for resolving issues with orders and customer deliveries.Help to develop the customer base, improve retention, satisfaction, product mix and range.Identify and recommend plans to improve profit.This is a full-time, permanent, role working 42.50 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and alternate Saturday mornings from 09.00am - 12.00pm.And heres what wed like you to have:Industry or merchant experience is advantageousProven experience in supervising a team in a sales and customer service environmentDependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitudeWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS150
