Office Manager Location: Taunton, UK Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Salary: Circa 45,000, plus benefits This is an excellent opportunity to work as an Office Manager for a well-established IFA practice in Bristol. This is a brand-new role, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with specific experience in Investment Operations (IO) and Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) practice. Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies. Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, IFAs providing guidance and support. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Support senior management with various administrative tasks and projects. Requirements of the Office Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IFA practice. Proven experience in Investment Operations (IO). Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
