This investor-operator is looking for a Resident Services Associatesomeone who thrives on people-first service, who knows how to make someone feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door. Youll be the first hello in the morning, the helping hand in the afternoon, and the friendly face that makes a building feel like a true community. Every day brings something new. From welcoming residents and managing viewings, to handling parcels, logging maintenance issues, and organising community eventsthis role is the perfect blend of hospitality, operations, and people. Youll take ownership of the front-of-house experience, work closely with the wider team to keep everything running smoothly, and help shape a space where residents genuinely love where they live. Your Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional front-of-house service Manage move-ins, move-outs, and daily resident enquiries Handle parcel deliveries, amenity bookings, and basic maintenance coordination Support community engagement through events and resident communications Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas Assist with lettings viewings and general administrative tasks Your Requirements: A background in hospitality, residential lettings, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role A natural people-person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment Organised, polished, and confident in handling everything from daily check-ins to complaint resolution Someone who takes pride in the details, loves problem-solving, and is all about team spirit Please call me on 07478217743 or visit me on LinkedIn (Johan Keutcha) and send me a message there.
