About the Role: As a Process Engineer, youll be instrumental in ensuring the reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment within a state-of-the-art facility. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your engineering skills in a regulated GMP environment while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing and packaging processes. Optimise plant equipment for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and availability. Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement projects. Develop and implement maintenance regimes and manage external contractors. Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new equipment. Ensure compliance with GMP, GEP, and internal quality systems. Requirements/ experience needed: HNC/HND or Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline. Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (MHRA/FDA). Strong understanding of commissioning, qualification, and validation. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
