The business has an aggressive business plan which coupled with their motivation and commitment, will see them dominate the market!The Opportunity:Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of high-end tiles, natural stone and flooring productsManaging the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeopleManaging the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the DirectorsEstablishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell!Build a strong relationship with everyone and grow the business in the regionWorking Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rotaThe Successful Candidate:Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales successBackground in any showroom-based sales is perfectExperience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essentialShowroom Management is key The role is all about the person!
