Teaching Assistant Special Needs (Autism & Aspergers Support) Location: Andover Start Date: After Easter or from September 2025 Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential for a permanent position Hours: 35 40 hours per week Pay: Competitive rates depending on experience Supply Desk is currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated Special Needs School in Andover , supporting students with Autism and Aspergers Syndrome . The role is available for an immediate start after Easter or from September 2025 , offering long-term consistency with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in this specialist setting, you will be working closely with students across various age groups, supporting both their academic and emotional development. You'll be providing one-to-one and small group support, helping students access the curriculum and develop key life skills in a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
