CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ONSITE) Location: Brighton, UK (BN2 4QN) This is an in-office role. No remote work. Becoming a product pro so you can give the best advice and recommendations. Solving problems quickly , from product concerns to delivery delays. Handling refunds, returns, and exchanges with ease. Keeping an eye on order fulfillment to make sure everything runs smoothly. Teaming up with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to keep things moving. Collecting feedback and sharing insights to improve our products & service.
