Key Responsibilities: Lead Customer Interactions Own customer inquiries, providing expert support on sales, order processing, and issue resolution. Advanced Pricing & Order Management Handle pricing requests, renewals, and adjustments while managing the entire order lifecycle from entry to shipment. Problem Solving & Process Improvement Identify and resolve challenges efficiently while driving workflow enhancements for a smoother customer experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and top-tier service. Customer Experience Excellence Manage escalations with professionalism, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction. What Youll Bring: P roven experience in high-volume customer support with fluency in German Strong expertise in order management, pricing, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyse and report data effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
