Corporate Paralegal (6-month FTC, initially) A leading veterinary company seeks a talented and commercially minded Paralegal to join their collaborative and dynamic team on an initial 6-month fixed term basis. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with data protection laws and supporting a variety of legal functions across corporate governance, contract management, and dispute resolution. Key responsibilities Contract management and negotiation UK GDPR and Data Protection Corporate governance and company secretarial work Legal administration, compliance and dispute resolution Ideal candidate Law degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Paralegal Experience across contract management and negotiation, corporate governance, company secretarial support, data protection Knowledge of insurance claims is advantageous This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office in Watford.
