Area Manager Commercial Cleaning 34,000 Monday Friday 40 hours per week Barnstaple to Plymouth. WINNER are currently working with a family-owned, staff focused, eco-friendly cleaning company who, due to their continued success, are currently searching for an Area Manager to oversee a range of commercial cleaning sites across from Barnstaple to Plymouth. This role offers fantastic progression prospects into a full-time account/senior account manager for the right candidate. Main Responsibilities: As an Area Manager, youll be working closely with the Operations Director/Senior Account Managers to attend site visits and quality control audits Youll be responsible for face-to-face interactions with customers and staff You will deal with the day to day operations such as managing sickness and holiday cover ensuring that sites are adequately staffed As an Area Manager, your role will be to build long lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction Youll perform staff inductions, looking after up to 90 mobile cleaners at peak You will act as the first point of contact for any escalations or problems, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently Skills & Experience: Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector Customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email) Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment Flexibility is key as hours can varry to suit the needs of the buisness Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed Be of a smart and professional appearance.
