Head Chef Prestigious Hotel Chain North Coast, Northern Ireland Alchemy Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious hotel chain on the stunning north coast of Northern Ireland. This is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for Pan Asian cuisine to lead a dynamic kitchen team in a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Lead and manage a team of chefs, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Develop and refine menus with a focus on Pan Asian cuisine , delivering an exceptional dining experience. Maintain stock control, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations. Implement and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Work collaboratively with senior management to enhance the hotel''s culinary reputation. Essential Criteria: Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a hotel setting. At least 2 years experience in a Sous Chef or higher role specializing in Pan Asian cuisine. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing a team. Clear and effective communication in English (both spoken and written). Strong IT competency for managing kitchen operations, stock control, and reporting. Desirable Criteria: 2 years experience as a Head Chef in Pan Asian cuisine. Experience working in a branded hotel environment. Previous involvement in a hotel pre-opening , with experience in setting up kitchen operations.
