Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Product & Service Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our department while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers and partners. You will support the department manager in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering an exceptional experience for our customers and partners. Your role will involve handling customer interactions, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the growth and development of Drivalia s products and services. GENERAL DUTIES Customer & Partner Interaction Communicate professionally with both public and corporate clients/partners via phone and email. Manage bookings, process paperwork and payments, and clearly explain terms and conditions to customers. Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing outstanding service. Product & Business Development Support the expansion of Drivalias product portfolio and distribution channels. Maintain and strengthen relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and subscription partners. Assist in the development and launch of new Subscription and Mobility products. Contribute to the growth of new and existing brokers and business channels, including corporate and subscription services. Stay informed about market trends and provide proactive recommendations for product and channel improvements. Operational & Compliance Management Work closely with local and HQ management to optimize processes, minimize duplication, and prioritize projects. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements for all regulated products, including Subscription, sales incentives, and commissions. Update and enhance policies and procedures to address any findings from audits or internal controls. Administrative & Operational Support Complete daily reports, paperwork, and stock allocation. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, including mileage checks and damage assessments. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required. ABILITY AND SKILLS PROFILE: Be detail-oriented, well organised and able to prioritise assignments with limited supervision. Confident in independent decision making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Ability to achieve required performance targets. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS A graduate from a numerate discipline, ideally Business or Economics, at 2:1 level or higher. Fluent in English. IT SKILLS PROFILE Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to Intermediate level.
