They have an ambitious growth strategy and are looking for an experienced individual who will be able to bring their knowledge and hit the ground running from day one. We''re looking for a strong commercial leader who has ideally had experience within a scale up environment & have a category based selling mindset within FMCG. A resilient, confident character who is currently in a strategic leadership role. The successful candidate will possess commercial knowhow & be comfortable managing a multimillion-pound &PL with JBP negotiation experience. A natural, people person with high emotional intelligence and someone that enjoys developing and managing members of the team. Whilst also being ambitious, calm under pressure and able to manage competing demands and pressures.
