The company is looking to grow fast and to attract small independent retailers to the site in order to increase consumer choice and to enhance the e-tailers selling opportunity DUTIES: Research, develop and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform Help vendors develop a business plans (eg market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics) Do market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online , Help your vendors with plans to help them cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas Undertake data analysis of consumer trends Requirements Fluent Mandarin (essential) Fluent English (essential) Happy to work fully remotely Solid e-commerce background is essential
