Senior Recruitment Consultant - Sales & Digital Marketing - Maxwell Bond Email Marketing Manager Location:Reading (3 days in the office, 2 from home) Maxwell Bond have partnered with one of Europe’s biggest retailers on their search for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of the channel with a focus on driving engagement, brand loyalty and increasing sales across the UK. Working closely with the head of marketing, you will be responsible for the full email marketing for the UK as well as overseeing 2 junior members of the team, with a focus on personal development and progression. What You’ll Be Doing:Developing and executing email campaigns from strategy through to analysis. Develop strategies to maximise engagement, brand loyalty and sales. Overseeing 2 juniors including 1-1 personal development sessions. About You:Experience in Email/ CRM marketing, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of data protection regulations. Proven track record in developing and implementing email marketing strategies.
