Job DescriptionJob Role - ChefRate of pay - 31,229.40Hours - 45 hours per weekLocation - HailshamAbout the roleOptional Accommodation: Yes Earn 31,229.40 (live off rate) per annum (our pay system is bench marked, transparent and fair) Full Time Permanent ContractOur residential adventure camps create extraordinary breakthroughs through active and life-affirming experiences in the great outdoors.Adhere to procedures for storing, preparing, cooking, and serving food, includinglabelling, temperature checks, and allergy management. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, following cleaning schedules andidentifying improvements. Accurately complete due diligence records, taking corrective actions when necessaryto ensure food safety. Operate according to standard operating procedures, HACCP plan, Safe Systems ofWork, and health & safety training to maintain a safe environment.Customer: To focus on all customers including guests, colleagues and visitors - meetingmedical dietary needs and ensuring quality of food delivery Ensure meal preparation and stocking meet anticipated volumes, maintainingappetising offerings. Maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking, and presentation throughoutshifts. Provide suitable provisions for those with specific medical dietary needs, overseeingall aspects of food delivery and cleanliness.
