Estimator Oxford Residential & Commercial Projects Were working with a well-established contractor based in Oxford who are looking to bring an experienced Estimator into their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial schemes , offering both stability and progression. Role Details: Location: Oxford (office-based with occasional site visits) Salary: Competitive DOE + package Projects: Residential housing, commercial builds, and refurbishments Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions Working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Attending client meetings when required Reviewing project specifications and drawings What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Estimator in construction Strong knowledge of UK residential and/or commercial building practices Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Proficient with estimating software (e.g. Conquest, Causeway, Excel) Good communication and organisational abilities This role would suit someone looking to step into a company where your input matters , with a culture of support and long-term growth.
