Job Description

We are a multi-award winning recruitment organisation, currently looking for an experienced Scheme Manager on behalf of our client, a provider of quality housing for older/retired people. The role will compromise of splitting your time between 2 homes close to each other. The purpose of the role is to encourage residents to maintain their wellbeing and independence. Deliver high quality, safe and value-for-money housing management services. Meet legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure clean and safe homes for the group. Manage relationships with key stakeholders', service providers and residents. Co-ordinate the delivery of local services to ensure the schemes are maintained, clean and secure. Provide administration support and contribute to the schemes group values. An ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role and would be preferred to hold a diploma/NVQ 3 in housing or Social Care. The package is for a initial 3 month contract, but could become permanent for the right person. Working 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, with some flexibility.
