Key Responsibilities As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and Managing the Team : Supervise, coach, and develop a dynamic team, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork. Operational Excellence : Oversee daily restaurant operations, from opening to closing procedures, ensuring that we meet our high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety. Guest Experience : Maintain a focus on providing excellent customer service, always ensuring a welcoming and positive environment for guests. Staff Development : Foster a motivated and productive team by providing ongoing training, feedback, and performance management. Inventory & Financial Management : Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Maximise profitability without compromising on quality. Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure the restaurant meets all safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Promotions & Marketing : Work alongside the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with: Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Minimum of 2 years. The ideal candidate should have experience managing or working alongside at least one supervisor and leading an experienced team in a similar fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills and a passion for managing and developing people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure. An understanding of financials, including budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
