Job responsibilitiesPlease note that this is a full-time role working night shifts, 42 hours per week. Full flexibility is needed. As a Night Senior Care Assistant at Mountview, your responsibilities will include planning and implementing personalized care plans that ensure residents feel secure, dignified, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care. You will also provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. One of your key responsibilities as Senior Care Assistant is to maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with your team. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you must recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns appropriately.
