Leading the strategy, implementation and optimisation of the digital experience and performance across our website and apps: to drive commercial performance through improvements in key eCommerce metrics Provide strategic direction, leadership and coaching to team members to achieve the business objectives and personal development goals, leading a team of 9 FTE across merchandising, design, content, CRO/analytics, and technical SEO Drive optimisation of customer experience onsite through best-in-class merchandising, content, and navigation/taxonomy Deliver a world-class digital experience through user experience, design, merchandising, personalisation, CRO and web analytics and oversee the user experience design and implement strategies to enhance web usability and ensure brand guidelines are met Lead the implementation of our personalisation and cross-sell strategy across all digital touchpoints Work alongside the product development teams to plan, build test, and deliver enhancement to the website/app features and experience that improves the customer experience and eCommerce KPI's Ensure website meets all technical standards, SEO best practice, accessibility, page speed, taxonomy/navigation, and content Ensure commercial growth (revenue and new customers across business unit) Who are we looking for? Strong trading experience including CRO and an understanding of how online trading, acquisition, and brand work together Commercially driven mindset with customer needs at the fore and able to spot opportunities Extensive experience working in an eCommerce environment with proven results from defining strategy to implementation A background in FMCG, eCommerce, retail or travel and experience of running website technology/tools including knowledge of A/B and MVT techniques, analytics tools, personalisation, and recommendation tools Strong knowledge of pricing and promotion mechanics, website merchandising and marketing disciplines e.g. SEO An exceptional leader, building teams and capability whilst keeping the patient at the heart of everything you do Good working knowledge of MS office suite Highly organised, strong communication skills, high attention to detail and tenacity What happens next?
