The successful candidate will build strong networks within the University of Greenwich Community, particularly with those responsible for the wellbeing of students, including Student Services, Academic teams, and the Students’ Union. This role supports their day-to-day work and the University’s strategies pertaining to health and wellbeing. This position involves co-creating a chaplaincy that fosters community spirit reflective of the student and staff body and inclusive of all. The candidate will continue to develop and lead a multifaith chaplaincy team at the Avery Hill and Greenwich Campuses, meeting regularly with the existing chaplaincy team to proactively plan coordinated chaplaincy work, develop and coordinate the chaplaincy team of volunteer Chaplains, identifying their roles and responsibilities while providing support for their work.
