You will be responsible fordelivering high-quality workmanship , ensuring health and safety compliance, and working effectively within a team. Key responsibilities include: Carrying outbricklaying workas per job specifications. Ordering and managingmaterialsfor projects. Erecting, using, and dismantlingaccess equipment (e.g., ladders, steps, platforms). Recording work activitiesand submitting reports in a timely manner. Following health 'safety guidelinesand risk assessment procedures. Providing emergency out-of-hours serviceon a rota basis (if required). Undertakingweekly vehicle checksand reporting defects. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: NVQ Level 3in Bricklaying, relevantCity & Guilds certificate , or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experiencein bricklaying and construction. Full, clean UK driving licence. Ability towork independently and manage workload effectively. Strongcustomer service skillsto interact professionally with residents and clients. Responsible andsafety-conscious attitudewith experience followingH&S procedures. Experience working within aperformance-related payment scheme.
