Who we are looking for: Unistrut is seeking an Extrusion Operator. What you’ll do: Use measuring equipment to make quality components. Ensure departmental and all company procedures are followed. Responsible for ensuring recycling is carried out to the agreed standard. Work to health and safety standards within your work area. Involvement in continuous improvement processes and driving through improvements in all aspects of the role. Ensure that good levels of 5S are maintained on all machines, areas, and tooling. Cycle to work scheme. Free onsite parking. Hours of work will be 39 hours across a 2-week rota: Week 1 & 2: Monday to Wednesday 6am to 6pm and Thursday 6am - 12pm. Week 2 & 3: Monday to Wednesday 6am to 6pm. Hourly rate will be £11.44 per hour and you will be eligible for 22% & 25% shift allowance.
