Are you a TA, youth worker, qualified teacher, kids workshop leader, science communicator or other passionate educator based in the Midlands? We want to hear from you! Plumb Learning CIC is a unique not-for-profit organization teaching hands-on skills to children and young people aged 6 to 16. We are passionate about the benefits of inclusive learning and introducing hands-on skills early on. As a workshop facilitator, you will be responsible for inspiring small groups of children within a variety of school settings. You will teach them how to safely use basic tools and encourage them to problem solve and think creatively. This is a self-employed position offering a minimum of 2 days per week during term time. The compensation is £150 per day plus travel expenses. The successful candidate will be comfortable traveling within the West Midlands to get to each site. They will have a full UK driving licence and their own car. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic educators who love working with children and young people, are reliable, and can represent the company effectively.
