Key skills required for this checking role - BSR grade required Important Registered Building Inspectors at minimum class 2A, B & D (plan checks) Job description We are a reputable company in the building control sector and are currently seeking a Checker to join our team. This position will be focused on residential projects and offers flexibility. Key Responsibilities Conducting detailed plan checks of domestic schemes Ensuring compliance with building control regulations and standards Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding building control matters Preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations based on plan checks Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Maintaining accurate records of all plan checks and any relevant correspondence Being available for remote consultation and support as needed.
