ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview: Assist in the supervision of program participants, engaging them in scheduled program activities. Participate and model how to actively engage in activities positively while supervising the group. Assist Teachers and program leaders in supervising and monitoring student behavior, encouraging student engagement during lessons. Keep assigned program participants in sight and within earshot at all times, adhering to restroom break policies. Inform Sr. Counselor about any concerns regarding student behavior according to program policy with a positive, encouraging attitude. Model appropriate behavior and responsible leadership to program participants at all times. Maintain a strong and positive attitude. Maintain open lines of communication between Sr. Counselor and Supervisory Staff. Perform related duties as assigned. QualificationsRequirements: 10th grade or higher, with some work-related experience. Child Protection Clearances per PA Act 153, including PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check, with renewals every five years.
