Engineering Manager - FMCG / ManufacturingYork£50,000 - £55,000 + Mon - Fri + Overtime + 50/50 off the tools + Company BenefitsAre you a Multi-Skilled Engineer or similar with management experience looking to join one of the leading food distributors in the UK, who offer you more responsibility with office based duties, the opportunity to manage a small team and grow the business in a stable, long term position?On offer is the opportunity to join a leading UK distributor of mushrooms, they supply into retailers nationwide including leading supermarkets Aldi and Co-Op and are aiming to take on more supermarkets in the near future. They currently have plans to treble their production in the next 2 years - so are looking for the next manager to increase efficiency and manage their production facility effectively.This autonomous role will see you overseeing a team of 3 multiskilled engineers, being 50% hands on, 50% office based, in charge of KPI's such as downtime, PPE's, stock control and continuous improvement.
