RotherhamRef: EN131-11Division: Adult Services Specialist Area: Social Worker Location: Rotherham Job type: Contract Salary (per hour): Negotiable dependent on experience and pay scheme selected Reference: EN131-11 Job DescriptionQualified Social Worker, Rotherham Council, Adult Hospital Discharge Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team. The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
