Working hours are 10am - 6pm. Responsibilities:Assist with lunch preparation which will also include support of both lunch services. Assist in the set up of the dining room for lunch and taking down of dining tables for use of dining hall for lessons. Washing up after lunch services. Cleaning of the dining room and kitchen floor after service. Assist the Cook with cleaning down and locking up the kitchen. Maintain the required levels of hygiene in line with Health and Safety regulations. Perform additional tasks as needed by the Cook. Domestic Duties will involve:Daily cleaning throughout the whole school, including classrooms, specialist teaching rooms, staff rooms, offices and all internal circulation spaces according to work schedules and set standards. To maintain all bathroom, toilet and shower areas in a hygienic condition according to set standards. Participating in thorough deep cleaning of the school, especially for special events. Using a range of cleaning equipment, aids and agents, including vacuum cleaners, floor polishers and a range of appropriate cleaning materials. Collecting of waste from bins, including recycling bins. Adhering to good health and hygiene practices. Storing safely all cleaning materials at the end of the duty period in the appropriate storage facility. Other reasonable additional duties which may be required from time to time.
