Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman with a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems. Ability to run several projects on one Industrial site. Good communication skills. Ability to work on tools when needed. Ability to mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and apprentices. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Assist with planning of work, schedule and cost code reading, structure, development, and material ordering. Working knowledge of Procore.
