Main duties of the job Leadership & Clinical Responsibilities We are seeking a GP Lead to contribute 15.5 hours per week in a leadership role, alongside a minimum of 4+ hours per week of clinical work within SevernSide IUC. The post holder will play a crucial role in our multi-disciplinary leadership team, working closely with medical, nursing, AHP, and operational colleagues. The role will have a particular focus on System CAS and Frailty -ACE within Integrated Urgent Care (IUC), while also supporting broader IUC responsibilities. The GP Lead will be pivotal in driving innovation, quality improvement, and service development, fostering relationships within BrisDoc and with external partners.
