Key Responsibilities:Preparecost estimates, budgets, and financial reportsfor healthcare construction projects. Manageprocurement, tendering, and contract administration . Conductvalue engineeringand cost control to maximize project efficiency. Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure financial success. Assess and managerisks, variations, and claims . Ensure compliance withUK construction regulationsand healthcare sector standards. Requirements:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyorin the construction industry (healthcare experience preferred). Background inmain contracting . Strong knowledge ofdifferent contract types (ie. JCT, NEC, FIDIC) . Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. International project experience is advantageous but not essential.
