Our client is now looking for Production Manager. Production Manager: Main Duties and Responsibilities Fabrication Project and Production Management • Oversee fabrication projects and production processes, from prototyping to large-scale bespoke projects, whether produced in-house or through external partners. • Serve as the primary link between the fabrication department and the project management team to ensure effective communication on live projects, resolving customer issues to their satisfaction. • Interpret client and staff briefs into actionable fabrication orders. • Take ownership of projects, ensuring collaboration and consultation with relevant departments. • Manage on-site builds and installations to ensure client satisfaction. • Uphold company policies and Health and Safety standards. Job Management • Use MIS system to quote jobs accurately. • Translate orders into clear, actionable briefs for design, production, packing, and installation teams, including the creation of spreadsheets and presentations. • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project timelines are met, providing updates to clients and project managers. • Prepare detailed installation briefs for bespoke ...
