OverviewCRM Students: Vibe Student Living, Kingston 40 hours per week £30,000 - £35,000 Our Assistant Managers are part of a team across the globe who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students. #Futureshapers who want to positively influence and shape the lives of others students and Yugoers. Located in the heart of Kingston, this role requires a hands-on approach to work, ensuring we deliver cost-effective facilities and maintenance services. You will be responsible when the Residence Manager is not on the property, ensuring all aspects of the residence continue running smoothly. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Residence Manager, here is a snapshot of what you will do: Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to lead, mentor, and guide the team to ensure that the residence is running smoothly. Follow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the property is at capacity through short-term and long-term lets. Drive sales and marketing activities to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilized to their full potential. Maintain exceptionally high standards, reflected in the overall presentation of the property, managed through regular inspections and collaboration with the facilities team. Handle complaints and offer excellent customer service to your students. Maintain and develop relationships with key players at local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers. Ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turnaround. Manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, ensuring care for yourself and those around you. QualificationsSound good so far? Here's what you'll need: Relevant experience supporting the running of a residence within hotels, hospitality, or preferably student accommodation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships. Passion for ensuring students have the best experience of their lives while living with us. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with our values of integrity, commitment, and energy. Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Preferred: A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy as our Pillars are a fundamental part of our brand. And the benefits?
