Each day at the hotels brings something new, and while your responsibilities will vary, you can always expect to: Greet arriving guests with a swift and welcoming check-in process Answer any questions from guests, offering insights into both the hotel and the surrounding area Anticipate guests' needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the warmth of our hotels Handle cash and card transactions with efficiency, ensuring a smooth checkout experience Prepare everything for the next day's guests Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, allowing you to make a real impact on our guests' experience.
