Skills and experience required to be a successful Branch Manager: Preferably an experiencedBranch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager , orEstate Agent, Lister, Valuerlooking to progress DemonstrableSales Managementexperience Able to generate new business in atarget-drivenenvironment Proven experience managing, leading, andmentoringa team Outstanding customer care /customer serviceexperience Resilient,positive , organised, numerate, anddetail-oriented Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills IT literate(MS Office, internet, email systems) AFull UK driving licence AtGascoigne-Pees , in our 90th year, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of personal service for all our customers.
