Key duties Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion Communicating regularly with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Carrying out searches, title checks, and dealing with enquiries Keeping clients informed in plain English every step of the way Key requirements Must be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing Confident managing your own files with minimal supervision Comfortable handling volume without compromising on care or attention Great with clientsapproachable, honest, and able to explain things clearly TPBN1_UKTJ
