About the role This is a hands-on conveyancing role where youll be trusted to run your own caseload of residential and commercial property matters from start to finish. Youll handle everything from initial instruction through to post-completion, with proper admin support in place so you can focus on doing the legal work rather than chasing paperwork. Its a role that offers autonomy without isolation you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely collaborates. Key duties Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial property files from instruction to completion Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression of matters. Carry out due diligence, draft contracts, and review title documents Provide clear, confident legal advice throughout the transaction process Keep clients updated in plain English no legal jargon needed Key requirements Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience in residential and commercial conveyancing Strong working knowledge of the full conveyancing process Ability to manage a busy caseload independently Confident, professional, and comfortable dealing with clients directly A genuine interest in helping people move home without the stress TPBN1_UKTJ
