This on going, immediate start requirement is open to full time and part time applicants Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective intervention sessions tailored to the needs of KS2 pupils. Work with small groups and individual students to raise attainment in core subjects . Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support different learning styles. Assess, track, and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents . Collaborate with classroom teachers and SEN staff to ensure a consistent approach to learning. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience delivering intervention or small-group support in a KS2 setting. Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage pupils of all abilities.
