Exciting new opportunity working across North West England Role: Customer Experience (Sales) Specialist - Autoimmune T1D Territory: North West England Therapy Area: Diabetes-Immunology Salary: Competitive negotiable salary, bonus, car allowance and additional benefits package Role Type: Hospital Specialist, Account Manager, Account Specialist, Key Account Manager This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospital Specialist/Key Account Manager to work as a Customer Experience (Sales) Specialist. Reporting to the Sales Lead, you will be part of our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) Sales team while mapping to a bigger cross functional team of NHS engagement Managers, Population Health Specialists and Medical partners. As an aT1D Customer Experience Specialist you will have a customer facing role accountable for delivering sales performance in line with area sales targets for the promoted portfolio, through the development and delivery of strategic business plans by selling the brands (including early detection platform) to targeted customers and key accounts in line with an agreed communications and investment plan. Key Responsibilities: Delivery of sales targets and KPIs for promoted brands: develop and deliver local strategic business plan in conjunction with appropriate internal stakeholders; work collaboratively to develop brand and customer advocacy and influence across key accounts (at local and national level; mobilise advocates as required by the aT1D Franchise Team). Developing and maintaining product, therapeutic and local healthcare economy knowledge. Working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to meet the needs of the business and the customer (HCPs). Understand & optimise an omnichannel strategy as part of the customer journey (CJ) to support customer objectives, proactively design, develop, deliver & measure short/medium and long term omnichannel strategies to ensure Best in Class customer experience and engagement (Customer First Mindset). Create and update local service pathway maps. Maintain up to date customer/disease area/service knowledge to maintain competitive advantage. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise and development and delivery of business plans. Qualifications Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a science background. ABPI Qualification Full UK driving licence Person experience required Essential: Significant Secondary Care pharmaceutical sales experience with a sound knowledge of account management. Knowledge of the NHS relating to aT1D including the local decisions, impact on companies and changes that affect their customers. Experience of successfully working with prescribers and other relevant decision makers in NHS. Ability to achieve sales success by applying high level selling skills. Ability to analyse complex internal and external data. Ability to share knowledge internally across an account team structure, to optimise all opportunities. Ability to contribute to the development and execution of shared business plans. Ability to achieve success within a changing environment (comfortable with ambiguity).
