Harte Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established company in the Cambridge area that provides management services for the residential property investment sector. As their portfolio expands, they are seeking a motivated N ew Build Customer Services Manager . The Package 26,000 to 32,000 basic salary per annum DOE Fully remote with site visits required, Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:30, no weekends! Performance related company bonus Ongoing training and development opportunities, fully funded and encouraged by the company Company social events Health cash plan Company mobile phone + laptop 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Paid mileage ( 45p per mile ) As a New Build Customer Services Manager , you'll be at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced role, overseeing the handover inspections of new build properties, managing tenancies, coordinating essential repairs, and liaising with third-party aftercare providers to ensure swift resolutions. Youll also be delivering exceptional customer service to valued residents The New Build Customer Services Manager Role Act as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong resident relationships Oversee new home handovers, inspections, and snagging resolutions Manage tenancies, void processes, and property maintenance efficiently Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and upkeep Conduct weekly site visits, mid-term inspections, and compliance checks Support rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and work with finance teams to maintain occupancy Be flexible with locations and available for out-of-hours support when required The Person Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, new homes construction or facilities management ( Build to Rent experience is a plus ) Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong tenant relationships Motivated to develop, progress, and take ownership of responsibilities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ( essential ) Experience using property management systems TPBN1_UKTJ
