CNC Operator Up to 35,000 DOE Guildford We're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a busy workshop where no two days are the same. About the role: You'll be operating CNC machines to cut wood, plastic and composite materials. You'll work closely with the design team to keep projects on track and ensure everything is finished to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where being reliable, tidy, and detail-focused matters. Operating from a modern 25,000 sq ft studio and workshop just outside Guildford, their in-house team handles everything from concept through to delivery, using the latest tools and technology to produce work that stands out. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm Key duties: Operating CNC machines to cut a range of materials Working with the design team to meet deadlines Checking quality of finished components Following health 'safety procedures and using PPE Keeping the workspace clean and equipment maintained Supporting other departments when needed Key requirements: At least 3 years CNC experience Able to manage stock and materials for your area Can handle pressure and work to tight deadlines Reliable, organised, and ready to muck in where needed Apply today to be considered for this role!
