The Role In this role, you'll play a central role in curriculum leadership, spiritual development, and school improvement through strategic initiatives, faith-based events, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Religious Education Faculty and its curriculum Drive and promote Catholic life, values, and mission throughout the school Oversee Section 48 inspection preparations and Catholic life initiatives Support, mentor and develop staff across the department Monitor teaching standards, conduct lesson observations, and provide feedback Develop RE policies and ensure inclusivity and high-quality learning for all students Facilitate parental, staff, and student engagement with RE and Catholic ethos Manage assessment frameworks to monitor student progress and outcomes Build relationships with external Catholic education networks and exam boards Benefits: At Holy Family Catholic School, we truly care for our staff.
