Freelance Building Surveyor Fabric Condition Surveys (Office Spaces) Location: Belfast Contract Duration: 2 weeks Day Rate: 300 (Outside IR35) About the Role: We are seeking a Freelance Building Surveyor for a 2-week contract to carry out fabric condition surveys across multiple office spaces in Belfast. This short-term role offers a great opportunity to apply your surveying expertise in a commercial environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed fabric condition surveys across office buildings. Use a tablet device and bespoke asset capture software to record survey data. Identify and document defects, deterioration, and maintenance requirements . Provide clear and concise reports to support asset management planning. Requirements: Proven experience in conducting fabric condition surveys, ideally in commercial office environments. Competency in using tablet devices and asset capture software . Strong knowledge of building pathology, materials, and construction techniques . Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reports . Ability to work independently and efficiently within the tight project timeframe . Contract Details: Duration: 2 weeks.
