We are currently working with a Boston Primary Academy, who require a Teaching Assistant to join their team from April 2025. This is a long-term TA role expected to last until July 2025 and will include working 1:1 with a Y6 student with ASD.The role is full-time (08.30-15.30 MON-FRI.) The school aim to provide a happy and inclusive environment to make happy students, where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with KS1 Student with ASD Assist in the delivery of specific interventions and programs tailored to students needs Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students feel valued and supported Assist with the preparation of teaching resources and classroom setup Monitor and track students progress, reporting to the class teacher Requirements: Two references from an education or care provider Experience working within the age range 2-11 Energy, enthusiasm and vision Strong behaviour management skills Experience of providing a positive learning environment Please apply below should the above be of interest to you!
