Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inspiring History lessons across KS3 and KS4. Develop students understanding of historical events, concepts, and critical thinking skills, fostering their curiosity and analytical abilities. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are engaged and challenged. Monitor and assess student progress in History, providing constructive feedback to support their development and achievement. Collaborate with the History department to refine and enhance the curriculum, and actively contribute to school events and activities. Requirements: Experience teaching History in a secondary school setting. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching History. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
