Job Description Sales Leadership Opportunity - Water Purification Systems We're seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive our ambitious growth strategy in the water purification sector. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of our business whilst leading a dynamic team of Business Development Managers. As our ideal candidate, you'll bring a strategic mindset and proven track record in sales leadership. You'll be responsible for orchestrating our commercial success, managing both our sales and marketing initiatives whilst fostering a culture of excellence. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Essential Experience & Skills: Substantial experience in Water Purification Sales and Marketing, with proven ability to independently manage high-value customer portfolios Deep technical knowledge of water and process treatment systems Outstanding problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering innovative solutions Proven leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and people management skills First-rate negotiation skills with demonstrable commercial success Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Personal Qualities: Natural communicator with excellent presentation and written skills Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining strong team relationships Proactive approach to maintaining technological leadership in the industry Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality Desirable: Engineering background or mechanical knowledge of industry applications Experience in leading cross-functional teams This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
